Understand your desired work culture, enhance your business outcomes.

We believe creating a healthy workplace culture is the responsibility of everyone in an organization, not just those working in Human Resources. Engaged employees, performing at their best, have the greatest impact on business outcomes. That’s why, over the years at Disney parks and resorts, we have been intentional about creating and refining systems that attract, develop and reward high-performing employees who perpetuate our vision and culture.

During this course, we will show you how to influence your organization to create a thriving culture and foster strong employee engagement through the various components of hiring, training, communication and care. You will begin to see how this all comes together to create a productive work culture.

  • Learn how to shape your work culture by hiring based on desired employee behaviors, ensuring the right fit
  • Gain understanding of training strategies that help employees build confidence in their roles
