At Disney Institute, we understand that delivering exceptional service is not defined as simply providing a warm greeting or processing a smooth transaction. Exceptional service is the result of genuinely understanding your customer’s needs, and putting the right guidelines and service standards in place in order to exceed their expectations.

In this course, you will learn to think differently and act intentionally by examining your customer experience, identifying service pitfalls and dispelling misconceptions to establishing quality customer service. You will explore how to differentiate your organization’s service and how to build lasting brand loyalty.
