Biography

Glenn Wintrich has more than 40 years of international delivery, marketing, service line management, training and innovation experience.  Currently, Glenn is currently co-founder and principal consultant at RDM Innovation Training. He specializes in smart city and corporate training and consulting to drive innovative approaches resulting in successful business outcomes. Glenn is also on the board of directors for Interlink North Central Texas and their Futurist in Residence.

As an Air Force leader, for 24 years, he led the development of standardized communications architecture and business practices in the Asia-Pacific region and was a delivery leader in both Germany and the United Kingdom for over eight years. In 2015, Glenn and six Irish universities received a 10 million dollar grant to research smart cities. As principal investigator, he set direction and strategy for the team of researchers and PhD candidates. His work involved numerous engagements with cities throughout Europe and the United States. Additionally, he taught Systems Engineering/Evaluation for three years.  His global business experience, systematic approach, and leadership in system architecture allow customers to take full advantage of current and emerging opportunities in their IT environments.

Glenn has chaired the Collin College Business Advisory Council for converged network technologies for over 10 years.  His work impacts over 70 colleges throughout the United States.
